Step 1 | Please visit our dedicated returns portal at returns.mytheresa.com. Log in using your order number and email address to initiate the process. |
Step 2 | Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. Once completed, you will receive both a printable label and a QR code. |
Step 3 | Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. For handing over your parcel to DHL, you can either drop your parcel off at a DHL store (see locator.dhl.com for the one nearest to you) or arrange a pick-up at mydhl.express.dhl. To use the QR code for your drop-off, select a service point that offers QR code drop-offs. When arranging your pick-up, you will need to provide the Waybill number. Locate the Waybill number below the first barcode on your label or at the bottom of your QR code. |
Step 4 | Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and processed your request. Please note: If your return consists of multiple parcels, you will receive return labels to print instead of a QR code. |
