In addition to Mytheresa’s commitment, you can further offset the CO2 emissions of your order's preparation, packaging, delivery, and potential return. Your contribution goes to a Gold Standard-certified project managed by Climate Partner, our independent partner and recognized expert in climate action. With a contribution of €0,25, you are helping this project whose work offsets the environmental impact of your order. The CO2 emissions of each order are estimated at an average of 25kg, which can be compared with the yearly carbon uptake of 2 beech trees. Together we can actively contribute to achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Simply order as you always have, and, when choosing your preferred delivery method, you can select the carbon neutral option to help offset your CO2 emissions. *The carbon neutrality of Mytheresa covers all direct emissions caused within the company and selected indirect emissions related to energy consumption, Mytheresa packaging, shipment of orders, business trips, and employee travel.

Your purchase will be shipped in our eco packaging. You can also opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

The eco packaging is FSC Recycled certified (made from 100% recycled materials).

In the case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged.

As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be sent an invoice by our logistics partner DHL. By submitting your order and paying and/or providing the required information, you agree to the import regulations of the respective items.

Once the items arrive at local customs, DHL will contact you for the customs clearance. Kindly note that you need to provide your personal customs clearance code to DHL for this process. You can acquire a Customs Personal Serial Number at the Korea Customs Service (unipass.customs.go.kr). If the taxes and duties on the items will be levied, you will be informed and will receive detailed information from DHL.

In accordance with the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) between Korea and the EFTA (the European Free Trade Association), Mytheresa provides the FTA documentation for products manufactured in the EU for the benefit of Korea-based customers.

We offer this benefit with an increasing number of brands, but it should be noted that this benefit does not necessarily cover every item from these selected brands, as each individual item must meet standard FTA requirements. In order to recognise FTA products immediately, we have highlighted the items on our website with an FTA icon. Products highlighted with the FTA icon are dispatched with FTA documents. Kindly note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by DHL by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by Mytheresa, even if these items are returned.
