Mytheresa has calculated its carbon footprint, i.e., the greenhouse gas (CO2e) emissions related to our company*. We always strive to implement measures to reduce our footprint, such as using more than 90% of renewable electricity in our operations or the Mytheresa eco-packaging, while offering a luxury shopping experience. While some CO2e emissions cannot be avoided or reduced, we support climate action by financing projects corresponding to our calculated CO2e emissions.

You can also support climate action by financing a project corresponding to the CO2e emissions produced by your order's preparation, packaging, delivery, and potential return. Your €0,40 contribution goes to a Gold Standard-certified climate project managed by ClimatePartner, our independent partner and recognized expert in climate action. The CO2e emissions of each order are estimated at an average of 21 kg, which can be compared with the yearly carbon uptake of 2 beech trees. The return or exchange of an order more than doubles these CO2e emissions. Simply order as you always have, and, when selecting your preferred delivery method, you can choose to support climate action and finance this climate project. *The carbon footprint of Mytheresa covers all direct and indirect emissions caused by our operations and selected indirect emissions in our value chain, such as the production of our packaging, the shipment of orders and returns, business trips, and employee travels.

Your purchase will be shipped in our eco packaging. You can also opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

The eco packaging is FSC Recycled certified (made from 100% recycled materials) and about three times lighter than our yellow boxes, reducing consumption, waste, and the order's carbon footprint.

In any case of shipments that are delivered to non-European countries, no VAT is charged.

As soon as the items arrive at the Republic of Korea, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be sent an invoice by our logistics partner DHL. By providing the required information when submitting your order, you agree to the import clearance regulations.

If the total value of the items you purchased exceeds $150, customs duties and taxes will be imposed. The currency value of your purchased items is converted from Euro (EUR) to US dollar (USD) and will be subject to the relevant laws with potential differences due to exchange rates. Kindly note that import regulations vary by country.

Once the items arrive at local customs, DHL will contact you for the customs clearance. Kindly note that you need to provide your Personal Customs Code to DHL. You can acquire a Personal Customs Code at the Korea Customs Service (unipass.customs.go.kr). Once taxes and duties have been levied on the items, you will receive detailed information on the same from DHL.

In accordance with the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) between Korea and the EFTA (European Free Trade Association), Mytheresa provides a certificate of origin for products manufactured in the EU for the benefit of Korea-based customers.

We offer the customs benefit for a number of brands, but request you to kindly note that the benefit is not applicable to every item, as each individual item must meet standard FTA requirements. If you would like to learn whether a product fulfills FTA requirements, please look for the highlighted items on our website with an FTA icon. These items will be enclosed with FTA documents once dispatched. Kindly note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, and handling costs that DHL charges to the recipient by order of the customers office cannot be refunded by Mytheresa in the case of returns
