We’ve made the selling process simple and easy to save you time – from uploading your pictures to arranging a pick-up to ship your items. You will even receive your store credit before the items sell.
How it works

  • 1. Submit
    There's no need to create an account with Vestiaire Collective. The service is easy and hassle-free: just upload a few pictures and the details of your items with their simple form. You can submit more than 1 item per request.
  • 2. Review
    The Vestiaire Collective team will then review your items and get back to you with an initial price offer within 2 working days. This is based on an item's resale value, and also takes into account factors such as brand, model, color and condition.
  • 3. Accept
    You'll then have 14 days to accept or reject the initial price offer. Please note that the offer is subject to a physical assessment of your items. Vestiaire Collective will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Arrange a pick-up or ship the items yourself. If you're sending more than 1 item, they should all be packed in the same box.
  • 4. Store credit is yours
    You'll get a store credit from Mytheresa within 2 working days – you don't need to wait for the items to sell.

Please note that, at the moment, this service can only be used for bags, shoes, small leather goods and RTW from selected brands and a trade-in price of 50€ and higher. Bags should be at least in good condition, whereas shoes, small leather goods and RTW should be at least in very good condition. Please find more information on accepted brands and conditions here.
