A graduate of the Design Academy Eindhoven, Alexa Lixfeld launched her brand in 2007 with a focus on creating non-industrial, non-standard, non-exploitative, individually approved goods. Now a design studio, consultancy and production company based in Hamburg, Lixfeld's eponymous brand is known for its thoughtful merger of traditional production techniques with extraordinary, one-off items that are created with integrity. Lixfeld's creations can also be found on display in design galleries and exhibitions.
