Carbon neutral option

Mytheresa is a carbon neutral company as we fully offset our carbon footprint, which is calculated on the basis of internationally recognized standards*. We always strive to find more environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience.

In addition to
Mytheresa’s commitment, you can further offset the CO2 emissions of your order's preparation, packaging, delivery, and potential return. Your contribution goes to a Gold Standard-certified project managed by Climate Partner, our independent partner and recognized expert in climate action. You can find more information about Climate Partner and the project you support here.

With a contribution of €0,25, you are helping this project whose work offsets the environmental impact of your order. The CO2 emissions of each order are estimated at an average of 25kg, which can be compared with the yearly carbon uptake of 2 beech trees. Together we can actively contribute to achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Simply order as you always have, and, when choosing your preferred delivery method, you can select the carbon neutral option to help offset your CO2 emissions. *The carbon neutrality of Mytheresa covers all direct emissions caused within the company and selected indirect emissions related to energy consumption, Mytheresa packaging, shipment of orders, business trips, and employee travel.

Packaging

Your purchase will be shipped in our eco packaging. You can also opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

Shipping methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL and UPS. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Shipping for orders over €400 within the Netherlands is free of charge (premium delivery option only).
