LC9 rattan stool
The LC9 stool by Cassina is a historic architectural piece designed by Charlotte Perriand for the Collection Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand. The stool made its debut at the Équipement intérieur d’une Habitation exhibition at the 1929 Salon d’Automne in Paris. Since then, it's been updated to accommodate a wide choice of seating materials – this version features rattan – while a trivalent-chrome plated steel frame nods to the tubular steel originally used.
