Step 1 | For returns or exchanges, please visit our dedicated returns portal at returns.mytheresa.com. Simply log in using your Mytheresa account credentials to initiate the process. |
Step 2 | Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown. You must complete this step to generate and print the returns label. If required, pro-forma invoices for customs will be generated and have to be printed as well. |
Step 3 | Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. If pro-forma invoices are required, complete all three copies, insert each one into the included transparent envelope, and attach it to the parcel without closing it. These documents are necessary for customs, so please be sure to complete all three copies. Please refer to the column on the right for DHL drop-offs and pick-ups. |
Step 4 | Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and your request has been processed. |
