Historic Portuguese ceramic brand Bordallo Pinheiro has joined forces with Brazilian NGO Ecoarts Amazônia to create the Amazônia collection – a series of earthenware pieces that honor the Amazon rainforest. Taking inspiration from the region's ecosystems, the award-winning collection presents pieces like this vase as a reflection of the Amazon's rich local flora, traditions, colors, sounds, and smells. A portion of the proceeds of the collection will be dedicated to the reforestation of the cities, rural areas, and Indigenous villages of Mato Grosso where Ecoarts Amazônia is based.
