Our seamless pick-up courier service offers peace of mind, as you won't have to ship items yourself. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing and quick payouts, so you'll receive store credit before your pieces even sell.
How it works:

  • 1. SUBMIT
    There's no need to create an account with Vestiaire Collective. The service is easy and hassle-free – just upload a few pictures and the details of your items with their simple form. You can submit more than 1 item per request.
  • 2. REVIEW
    The Vestiaire Collective team will review your items and get back to you with an initial price offer within 2 working days. This is based on an item's resale value and also considers factors such as brand, model, color, and condition.
  • 3. ACCEPT
    You'll then have 14 days to accept or reject the initial price offer. Please note that the offer is subject to a physical assessment of your items. Vestiaire Collective will send you a pre-paid shipping label. You can arrange a pick-up or ship the items yourself. If you're sending more than 1 item, they should all be packed in the same box.
  • 4. ENJOY
    You'll receive a store credit from Mytheresa within 2 working days – you don't need to wait for the items to sell.

Please note that, at the moment, this service can only be used for bags, shoes, small leather goods and RTW from selected brands at a trade-in price of £50 and higher. Bags should be at least in good condition, whereas shoes, small leather goods and RTW should be at least in very good condition. Please find more information on accepted brands and conditions here.
