Created by Fulvio Bianconi for Venini, the Fazzoletto Opalino vase cemented its place in history soon after it was created. Handmade by the Italian brand's revered master glassblowers, the red vase is characterised by a series of soft folds, giving it the appearance of a billowing handkerchief. Exhibited in the permanent collections at New York's MoMA, the vase has gained iconic status.
