Make the drama of couture an everyday affair with Mugler’s arresting prêt-a-porter pieces.
This season, every hour is cocktail hour on Mugler's clocl. Artistic director David Koma presents an offering of minidresses, gowns and separates in mostly-black that's interrupted by bold, sensual colours. A recurring motif: contrast stitching at contoured seams and cut-outs create an edgy ethos. Koma even puts his own spin on statement shirting – a key trend this season – with a blue poplin cold-shoulder piece featuring cascading ruffles trimmed in black. We're captivated by a lipstick-red jumpsuit that features a low-cut sweetheart neckline and a partial belt that frames the waist.
