For returns or exchanges, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1 | For returns or exchanges, please visit our dedicated returns portal at returns.mytheresa.com. Simply log in using your Mytheresa account credentials to initiate the process. |
Step 2 | Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and choose a reason from the dropdown. You must complete this step in order to generate and print the returns label. |
Step 3 | Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. For handing over your parcel to DHL, you can either drop your parcel off at a DHL store, (see locator.dhl.com for the one nearest to you), or arrange a pick-up at: mydhl.express.dhl. When arranging your pickup, you will need to provide the Waybill number shown on your label. You can find it below the first barcode. |
Step 4 | Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and your request has been processed. |
