Glass carafe and glass set by Aldo Bakker

Designed by Aldo Bakker in 2000, the Glass carafe is part of an enduring set with lasting appeal. Produced by Karakter, the set comprises two components – a carafe and an accompanying glass – which together offer organic shapes thanks to the soft and curved lines found in both pieces. The mirroring sinuous silhouettes, which on both items taper from a wide base into a slender neck, also lend to a stylish and neat storage solution whereby the glass may be placed atop the carafe as a lid.
