At Mytheresa we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.
All orders are shipped via our affiliate couriers DHL or FedEx. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon signed receipt of shipment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. For orders valued in over $2500, returns are only possible with DHL.
For deliveries to the USA, the price of the item includes all customs duties and processing fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mytheresa in case of returns
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am till 2:00 pm EST and Saturday, from 7:00 am till 12:00 am EST (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
All Shipping costs for orders over $ 500 are free of charge within the USA.

Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging
Fill in the Return Pro-Forma Invoice, insert 3 of the 4 copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it
There are 2 options for handing over the package to DHL: drop-off or pickups. For Fedex returns please arrange a pickup by calling 1-800-463-3339 or at: https://www.fedex.com
After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt
The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately
• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx)
• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be returned.
