Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Mytheresa. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt. Avoiding returns or exchanges significantly reduces the CO2e emissions generated by your order.
For returns, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. For exchanges, please see the information below.
Instructions for returns and exchanges
Step 1 | Please visit our dedicated returns portal at returns.mytheresa.com. Log in using your order number and email address to initiate the process. |
Step 2 | Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown menu. You must complete this step to generate and print the returns label. If required, Pro-Forma invoices for customs will be generated and need to be printed as well |
Step 3 | Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. If Pro-Forma invoices are required, complete all three copies, insert each one into the included transparent envelope, and attach it to the parcel without closing it. These documents are necessary for customs, so please be sure to complete all three copies. Please refer to the column on the right for DHL drop-offs and pick-ups. |
Step 4 | Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and processed your request. |
