At Mytheresa we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping costs for orders over ¥ 90000 are free of charge within Japan.

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TO JAPAN

For deliveries to Japan the price of the item already includes the sales tax (VAT) as well as all customs duties and handling fees. In case of a return, customs duties and handling fees can be refunded only as a voucher. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mytheresa in case of returns.
