At Mytheresa we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.

SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries to the United Kingdom are handled through DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. 

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the price of the item includes UK VAT, and all customs duties and processing fees. In case of returns, customs duties and handling fees will be refunded by Mytheresa. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm GMT and Saturday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm GMT (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the link provided.
