Packaging
At Mytheresa we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.
SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries to Germany are handled by DHL or UPS. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs for orders over €300 within Germany are free of charge (standard delivery option only).

*Express Courier Munich
Deliveries with Express Courier are only available for orders in the Munich municipal area. Delivery within 3 hours if ordered between 8:00 and 16:00 CET from Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after this time, it will be delivered on the following business day. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
**Express Courier Stuttgart
Deliveries with Express Courier are only available for orders in the Stuttgart municipal area. For same-day delivery between 19:00 and 22:00 CET, please place your order by 13:00 CET latest, Monday to Saturday. If your order is placed after this time, it will be delivered on the following business day between 19:00 and 22:00 CET. This service is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

PACKSTATION
In Germany, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box might need to be picked up at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or DHL Express Station.
EXCHANGES WITHIN GERMANY
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
Step 1
Please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the new desired size
Step 2
Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why
Step 3
Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging
Step 4
Close the package securely and attach the label for the exchange shipment to the package
Step 5
Drop the package off at the post office (DHL) or request a pick-up (UPS)
Step 6
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt
Step 7
The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
• Customised items cannot be returned
