Deliveries to Germany are handled by DHL or UPS. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
Shipping costs for orders over €300 within Germany are free of charge (standard delivery option only).

Deliveries with Express Courier are only available for orders in the Munich municipal area. Order must be placed before 16:30 CET (Saturdays before 11:00 CET) for same day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be delivered on the following business day. Service not available on Sundays and public holidays.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

In Germany, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box might need to be picked up at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or DHL Express Station.
