Your purchase will be shipped in environmentally friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.
Deliveries to Germany are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL and UPS. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
Shipping for orders over €300 within Germany is free of charge (premium delivery option only).

Deliveries with Express Courier are available for orders in the Munich municipal area. Your order will be delivered within 3 hours if placed between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm CET from Monday to Friday. If you order after this time, the delivery will be on the following business day. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
**Same Day Stuttgart
Deliveries with Express Courier are available for orders in the Stuttgart municipal area. Your order will be delivered between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm CET on the same day when ordered between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm CET from Monday to Saturday. If you order after this time, the delivery will be on the following business day. This service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

In Germany, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the chosen box might need to be picked up at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or a DHL parcel shop.
