Your purchase will be shipped in environmentally friendly packaging, or you can opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 pm till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 pm till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
All Shipping costs for orders over AU$ 1000 are free of charge within Australia.

For deliveries to Australia the price of the item already includes all customs duties and processing fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mytheresa in case of returns.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the new desired size
Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why
Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging
Fill in the Return Pro-Forma Invoice, insert 3 of the 4 copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it
Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with (DHL or UPS)
After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt
The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately
• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Australia must be returned from Australia. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be returned.
