Cristóbal Balenciaga's sharply sculpted Hourglass blazer will always be a fashion classic, and we think that Demna Gvasalia has done a fine job of updating it for the modern woman. Impeccably constructed in Italy from virgin wool, the double-breasted design works a camel, ivory and black-toned houndstooth pattern, coordinating logo-embossed buttons, and – most crucially – padded hips and shoulders that work to create an enviable silhouette. Style yours with cigarette pants and high-vamp pumps to move from desk to dinner.

SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries to Austria are handled by UPS. All shipments that are sent by Mytheresa, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the link provided.

EXCHANGES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

Step 1

Please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the new desired size

Step 2

Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why

Step 3

Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging

Step 4

Please leave your package open so it can be presented to the driver for checking along with the customer invoice. Attach the label for the exchange shipment to the package

Step 5

Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with (DHL or UPS)

Step 6

After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely

Step 7

Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt

Step 8

The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached

• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether

• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once

• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times

• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)

• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Austria must be returned from Austria. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

• Customised items cannot be returned.
