1882 Ltd was founded in 2011 by Christopher and Emily Johnson, fourth- and fifth-generation ceramicists who have carried on the legacy formed by their forefathers, the Johnson Brothers. Focused on producing inventive ceramic products, from lighting to domestic ware, the brand celebrates the manufacturing heritage of North Staffordshire and collaborates with a group of talented designers.
