Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Mytheresa. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt. Avoiding returns or exchanges significantly reduces the CO2e emissions generated by your order.

For returns, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. For exchanges, please see the information below.

Instructions for returns and exchanges

Step 1	Please visit our dedicated returns portal at returns.mytheresa.com. Log in using your order number and email address to initiate the process.
Step 2	Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown. You must complete this step in order to generate and print the returns label.
Step 3	Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. For handing over your parcel to DHL, you can either drop your parcel off at a DHL store, (see locator.dhl.com for the one nearest to you), or arrange a pick-up at: mydhl.express.dhl. When arranging your pick-up, you will need to provide the Waybill number. The Waybill number is located below the first barcode on your label.
Step 4	Depending on whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or exchanging them, we will inform you of the refund approval or the shipment details for your exchange order as soon as we have received your returned item(s) and processed your request.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

• Only one prepaid label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.

• Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery (DHL).

• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

• Customized items cannot be returned.

• Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future Mytheresa purchases. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mytheresa for returns.

• Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Mytheresa for returns.

• When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them in their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.

• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

• Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery (DHL).

• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

• Customized items cannot be returned.

• Products from the LIFE category cannot be exchanged.

If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

1. REPEAL OF PURCHASE BY WAY OF RETURN

Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days as indicated above.

2. REPEAL OF PURCHASE IN WRITTEN FORM OR OVER THE PHONE

You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase. You can do this in written form by sending us an email, fax, or letter, or you can call us directly. Once you have informed us of your decision, please return the items within 14 days.
