Copy Editor (French)

To ensure mytheresa.com being perceived as a key influence within the luxury ecommerce environment and the fashion industry as a whole also on the French market, we are currently searching for a highly qualified full-time employee as member of our Creative Team.

Your Responsibilities

Contribution to weekly editorial planning and story development
Transfer existing and write inspirational new homepage, editorial and newsletter copy
Write designer biographies for all profile pages
Translate all customer facing site copy into French (including all user focused information)
Oversee and when necessary assist the French product editor
Upload all information into the back-end system or provide layout ready copy to the art team

Your qualifications

Very good knowledge of the luxury fashion world and the designers featured on the mytheresa.com website
3-5 years of experience in French editorial
Experienced in writing for web
Excellent oral and written French knowledge and additionally good German or English knowledge
Experienced exposure to MS-Office

Fashion Subeditor (French)

To support our Creative team in terms of final editing, we are currently searching for a talented full-time employee as Subeditor (French).

Your Responsibilities

Proofread the French product descriptions, editorials, and designer biographies
Ensure the presentation and accuracy of all copy before their online release
Ensure and promote a high standard of copy with relevant fashion terminology
Support the English Subeditor

Your qualifications

University degree in linguistics, journalism or similar relevant qualification
Excellent written French knowledge and additionally good German or English knowledge
Competence with regard to fashion language
Professional experience in web-editing and fashion would be an advantage
Attention to detail, ability to concentrate, adherence to deadlines
Working computer skills required (Word, MS Office)

Customer Care / Fashion Advisor (French/Italian)

To support our Customer Care Teams we are currently searching for a talented full-time employee as Customer Care / Fashion Advisor.

Your Responsibilities

Advisory Services for our premium clients concerning styling, shopping and selection of key-pieces for the current season to the point of the completion of whole looks
Support Service for the top-customers of mytheresa.com
Answering of customer requests (calls and e-mails)

Your qualifications

Profound experience in high-fashion-sales as well as in dealing with fastidious customers
Competence in style and very good knowledge of the luxury fashion world as well as of the designers featured on the mytheresa.com website
Excellent oral and written French and Italian Knowledge
Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
