Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times
All orders are shipped worldwide via our partner courier DHL. All shipments that are sent by mytheresa.com, are insured against theft and accident damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment at the latest.

Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland the price of the item already includes the Swiss sales tax (VAT) as well as all customs duties and handling fees.
In case of a return, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded by mytheresa.com.
Shipment to the USA
For deliveries to the USA the price of the item already includes all customs duties and processing fees. In case of a return, these will not be refunded by mytheresa.com.
Shipment to the rest of the world (except USA and Switzerland)
Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged by DHL on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by mytheresa.com in case the articles are returned.
Track order status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. Please click here, then enter your tracking number in order to track the status of your order.
Packstation
In Germany, shipments can be delivered to "Packstation". Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box, might need to be fetched at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or DHL Express Station.
