Returns Policy
All purchased items can be returned free of charge – including reduced articles. Should you wish to make a return, please, ensure the following:
- Return is within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be in pristine condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached.
- All merchandise to be returned must be sent in one complete package.
- Return shipments must be made via the service used for original delivery.
Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
In terms of returns that were purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept a return from Austria. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
