On this page, you will find information regarding order placement options (online or by phone), including gift options and greeting cards.

Online orders

To add an item to your shopping bag that is available in different sizes (for example, a pair of shoes), please select your size first. Then, click "add to shopping bag". A "mini basket" will appear, giving you an overview of all the items that you have placed in your shopping bag.

To complete your order, click on the “shopping bag” link at the top of the page to continue.

For information on the different shipping and payment methods, simply click on "delivery" and "payment".

Phone order

To make your shopping experience more efficient, you now have the additional option to order by phone. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

If you wish to place an order by phone, please call us at +49 89 679707-222, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET (except on German public holidays).

Gift options and greeting cards

Once you are ready to check out, please select "delivery options" to specify and select a "gift option".

Gifts delivered within the European Union will be sent without an invoice.

Due to customs regulations, gifts sent to non-European countries must include an invoice. The invoice and customs declarations will be directly adhered to the package.

Upon request, we will be happy to enclose a mytheresa.com greeting card including a personal message.

All gifts are sent in mytheresa.com signature packaging of the highest quality.
