Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns (for reduced items also) within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned via DHL in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards.
In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder.
Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

In terms of returns that were purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept a return from Austria. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns from Switzerland

Shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded in case of a return.

Returns from the USA

Shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded in case of a return.

Returns from the rest of the world (except USA and Switzerland)

Shipping costs, customs and import duties charged by DHL at the time of delivery will not be refunded from mytheresa.com in case of a return.
