Support climate action
Mytheresa has calculated its carbon footprint, i.e., the greenhouse gas (CO2e) emissions related to our company*. We always strive to implement measures to reduce our footprint, such as using more than 90% of renewable electricity in our operations or the Mytheresa eco-packaging, while offering a luxury shopping experience. While some CO2e emissions cannot be avoided or reduced, we support climate action by financing projects corresponding to our calculated CO2e emissions.
You can also support climate action by financing a project corresponding to the CO2e emissions produced by your order's preparation, packaging, delivery, and potential return. Your €0,25 contribution goes to a Gold Standard-certified climate project managed by ClimatePartner, our independent partner and recognized expert in climate action. The CO2e emissions of each order are estimated at an average of 23kg, which can be compared with the yearly carbon uptake of 2 beech trees. Simply order as you always have, and, when selecting your preferred delivery method, you can choose to support climate action and finance this climate project. *The carbon footprint of Mytheresa covers all direct and indirect emissions caused by our operations and selected indirect emissions in our value chain, such as the production of our packaging, the shipment of orders and returns, business trips, and employee travels.
Shipping methods
Deliveries to France are managed by our affiliate courier DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping for orders over €300 within France is free of charge (premium delivery option only).

Track your status
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

PACKAGING
Mytheresa's eco packaging
Your purchase will be shipped in our eco packaging. You can also opt for our signature yellow packaging at no additional cost.
The eco packaging is FSC Recycled certified (made from 100% recycled materials) and about three times lighter than our yellow boxes, reducing consumption, waste, and the order's carbon footprint.
