What are cookies and what are they used for?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user's computer when he or she visits a web site. mytheresa.com uses so-called session cookies that are immediately deleted after the browser is closed and allow for a shopping bag to be displayed cross-page, amongst others.

- Click on "Tools" menu and then select "Internet Options".
- Click on "Privacy" tab.
- Now you can choose whether cookies shall be accepted, selected, or rejected.
- Click "OK" to confirm.
Google Chrome
- Click on the Chrome menu on the Google browser toolbar.
- Select "Settings".
- Click on "Show advanced settings".
- Click on "Content settings" in the "Privacy" section and choose your preferred setting.
- Choose whether you want to allow all cookies by default, restrict the behaviour of first-party and third-party cookies or even block them completely.
- Click the "X" to close the window.
Safari 5
- Click on "Safari" menu and then select "Preferences". (Click on "Edit" menu and then select "Preferences" for Safari under Windows.)
- Click on "Security" icon.
- Now you can choose whether cookies shall always and/or never be accepted, or whether they shall be accepted for sites that have been visited only.
- Click the red "X" to close the window.
Firefox 3
- Click "Tools" menu and then select "Options".
- Click on the "Privacy" panel.
- Select "Use customs settings for history" in the drop-down menu.
- Now you can choose whether cookies shall be accepted, how long you want to keep these cookies, and furthermore add any exceptions as to which web sites shall always and/or never be allowed to use any cookies.
- Click "OK" to confirm.
Firefox 4
- Select "Firefox" at the top of the browser.
- Click on "Options".
- Click on "Security" tab.
- Select "Use customs settings for history" in the drop-down menu.
- Now you can choose whether cookies shall be accepted, how long you want to keep these cookies, and furthermore add any exceptions as to which web sites shall always and/or never be allowed to use any cookies.
