To add an item to your shopping bag that is available in different sizes (for example, a pair of shoes), please select your size first. Then, click on "add to shopping bag". A shopping bag pop-up window will appear, giving you an overview of all the items that you have placed in your shopping bag.
To complete your order, click on "shopping bag" at the top of the page to continue.
To make your shopping experience more efficient, you now have the additional option to order by phone. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

Gift options and greeting cards
Once you are ready to check out, please select "delivery options" to specify and select a "gift option".
Gifts delivered within the European Union will be sent without an invoice.
Due to customs regulations, gifts sent to non-European countries must include an invoice. The invoice and customs declarations will be directly adhered to the package.
Upon request, we will be happy to enclose a mytheresa.com greeting card including a personal message.
All gifts are sent in mytheresa.com signature packaging of the highest quality.
