Exchanges within the European Union
We gladly accept exchanges (for reduced items also) within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery (DHL or UPS). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Please call our customer care team at +49 89 679707-100, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays), or send an email to email@example.com in order to reserve the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Germany, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from Germany.
