Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL. All shipments that are sent by mytheresa.com, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment at the latest.

Delivery to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland and Japan the price of the item already includes the sales tax (VAT) as well as all customs duties and handling fees. In case of a return, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded by mytheresa.com.

Track order status

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. Please click here, then enter your tracking number in order to track the status of your order.
